Terms of service

In short: you are responsible for your messages and customer consents. AI replies operate under deterministic commerce controls. Learning from reviewed examples for an Atyaf-exclusive model needs a separate authorization that you can withdraw. An order conversion is never treated as automatic approval of a reply or training sample.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Atyaf Hub ("the Service"), a WhatsApp Business Solution / Tech Provider platform operated by Atyaf ("Atyaf", "we", "us") at https://hub.atyaf.co. By connecting a WhatsApp Business Account to the Service, you ("the Business", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Atyaf Hub enables you to connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup and to send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage message templates, and view message history through our dashboard and REST API. Message delivery is provided by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all messages sent from your connected number and for obtaining any consent required to message your recipients.
  • You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and all applicable laws.
  • You must not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

3. Fees and billing

WhatsApp conversation and per-message charges are set by Meta and billed through the payment method configured for your WhatsApp Business Account or through Atyaf where a billing arrangement is in place. Any Atyaf service fees will be communicated to you separately.

4. Data and privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the controller of the personal data you process through the Service; Atyaf acts as your processor.

5. AI-assisted service and optional learning

  • When you enable AI-assisted replies, you instruct Atyaf to submit the minimum relevant customer content and business facts to the disclosed AI sub-processors for message understanding, read-only retrieval, media transcription, planning, and response composition.
  • Atyaf's deterministic commerce controls, not an AI model, authorize prices, availability, order targets, payments, and database changes.
  • Operational evaluation and human review are part of delivering and securing the AI-assisted service. They do not authorize model training.
  • Training, improving, or using an approved Atyaf-exclusive learned model release for your new dialogue turns requires a separate, explicit data authorization from you and is limited to the scope you select. You may withdraw that authorization; new turns then use the approved baseline, while a turn that selected its model before withdrawal may finish. Atyaf will not treat order conversion or the absence of a complaint as approval of a training example.
  • No prompt, rule, dataset, or model candidate is promoted automatically from customer traffic. Atyaf applies human approval, de-identification, tenant controls, and measured quality gates before a reviewed example or model release can be used.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for interruptions or message-delivery failures caused by Meta's platform, network providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Suspension and termination

You may disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or of WhatsApp's policies. On termination, we delete your stored tokens and data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atyaf's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Atyaf for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using Atyaf Hub and connecting WhatsApp Business, you accept responsibility for messages, consent, law, and Meta policies. Enabling AI permits the processing needed to reply; it does not enable training. Atyaf-exclusive training requires separate authorization, human review, and de-identification, and authorization can be withdrawn. Our Privacy Policy applies and you may disconnect at any time.
